As soon as Rina began to work on my body and mind (on Zoom), I had a deep sense of safety that allowed me to receive her warm, healing, compassionate presence and power to gently relieve pain in my neck, back and other areas of my body holding pain I have been eager to let go of for some time. She found a pain in my hip that she said required a chiropractor (after I had gone to a physiatrist, gotten an MRI, and was in physical therapy without relief). Rina was 100% right. I went back to my chiropractor, got adjusted along with acupuncture and am finally on the path of healing my hip which was in pain for months. I do not usually write testimonials but in this case there is really no medical explanation for a change in my health and I thank Rina for her work in making it happen. I was diagnosed with osteoporosis last year and had blood work done before starting treatment. Results showed a severely elevated level of my PTH hormone that could not be explained or treated without surgery. The doctors suggested I give it "some time" but had no concrete recommendations. Over the course of the year I ate healthy, took vitamins and supplements, and attended many of Rina's online group sessions, as well as had her work on me one-on-one in person for my overall health. I had a follow up exam this week and my hormone level has returned to totally normal and once again the doctors had no explanation.
