Meet Rina

I’m Rina Katz, and I’ve always been attuned to people and the subtle energies that flow through all living things.

I am, and always will be, a seeker—curious, passionate, and learning.

My academic journey reflected my spiritual inclinations, with a major in Religion and a graduate degree from Harvard Divinity School. But the most transformative chapter of my path began with the passing of my mother, an oncology nurse of 40+ years and the stress and burnout I was not able to cope with.

My mother’s death deepened my connection to spirit and healing. Her maiden name, Oak Tree, symbolizes abundance, courage, and strength—qualities that guide this practice.

My work draws from the wisdom of nature, the kind spirits of animals, and a lifetime exploring diverse healing traditions.
